- i doubted to give a flat 88, but then i added i bit water and gave it some air.. great swimmer, it went right up to 89, it 's getting so much more fruitier
- Just opened the bottle, outside the kicking label. Plenty of tropical fruit, marzipan, white pepper. Now let the bottle breathe for a while and taste it again in a week. But wonderful dram.
- Tasted some great "Tauchers" lately. All nice and fruity; some more robust like that "beast" bottled by the Whiskydudes.
Incredible nose, which as Hvdree correctly put down here, improves with some drops of water. Tropical fruit basket on vanilla.
I had expected to be hit hard by spices, and pepper in specific. But that attack does not come. The taste remains in the area of floral, tropical fruity and vanilla notes.
Medium to long long finish. a slight attempt of peppery notes to step up, but they loose the battle.
Conclusion: very nice dram but it lacks complexity en depth. But hey, the world is complicated enough so let's enjoy this fruit-basket on alcohol.
- Just collect this bottle. In the beginning, it doesn’t give very pleasant smell, butter, fruity. The palate is very interesting， the floral and peach flavor did make me drool， but the finish lower the score again, bitter. Maybe after leave it for 1month this bottle will be more joyful
